Ingredients and supplies

  • 1 pitted cucumber
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 Spanish pepper
  • 2 dl vinegar
  • 2 dl water
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Preparation

Finely chop the Spanish pepper and remove the seeds from the cucumber.

Heat the vinegar with the finely chopped Spanish pepper, sugar and water.

Remove the seeds from the cucumber and cut into small pieces.

Cut the onion into half rings.

Take a clean jar and put the cucumber and onion in it.

Pour the vinegar mixture over this.

Delicious with spicy Indonesian rice table.
